Front of House Leader
If hospitality is your craft and brings you joy then this is your next role.

We’re looking for a Front of House Leader who loves the rhythm of service, the connection with guests and the feeling of a room humming because the team is in sync.
​
Who You Are
• Ambitious, curious, observant
• Calm, confident, present
• A fast learner who asks questions
• Someone who enjoys wine and wants to grow
• A natural host who reads the room instinctively
• A leader who lifts the team and creates the conversations our guests want to continue
• 2+ years hospitality leadership experience
• either holds a current duty managers license or has the ability to obtain one.
• has a current driver’s license and your own transport.
The Role
You’ll lead from the floor and help make real connections with our guests by guiding service, mentoring the team and shaping our overall experience in real time.

Skills You Bring
• Cash handling + reconciliation
• Strong communication
• Comfortable on Windows/Mac
• Experience with Now Book It (or able to learn quickly)
• Strong memory for guests, menus and details.

Kitchen Hand
